Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders are shipped using standard shipping, 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high‑volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states.
International shipping may be added in the future.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Velvet Pumpkin Patch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Preorders & Backorders

If an item is listed as preorder or backorder, estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page. Orders containing preorder items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
